Flowers were either wilted, not open(which the florist assured me was normal, but I would rather the flowers look perfect on arrival. Maybe just me??)\n\nAnd each bouquet was 1/3 of the size pictures. Each time I bought the biggest size.. Each time they had literally 1/3 of the flowers in the picture. I will be using local florists from now on. \n\nNOT TO MENTION when you call the customer service department, you're on the phone with a call center in India, their accents so thick I can not understand them. They are reading from a script and are very insensitive to why you are calling. This company has lost me forever. \n\nThere are many more small businesses that have the service and product that is expected from a consumer such as myself. \n\nThe next time I spend $120-150 on flowers, I expect something that will wow me, not something my 7 year old niece can make."^^ . .
