My barista helped me select my Pour over by the strength of the bean, where it comes from and the notes.\n\nAfter he explained all that I told him to pick. Needless to say from the temperature, strength, and flavor it was a coffee experience.\n\nNow the Avacado toast!\nB.F.T-Bacon, feta and Cherry tomato avocado toast. I added 2 poached eggs.\n\nThe multigrain toast was perfectly grainy, soft in the center and hard on the edges like sourdough. Perfect texture to hold the fresh Avacado on top. Bacon pieces and feta were then added on top of the spread. \n\nThe eggs were perfectly poached and together it was hearty and healthy. I would suggest a little more acid and seasoning on the Avacado, with a little sliver of chili flakes on top, I promise it will deliver. \n\nGreat space for meetings, and office work.\n\nPress is my new love!"^^ . .
