"This is an update after my first return-trip for my 6-month cleaning.\n\nI left a little late for my appointment and I was hoping time would be on my side, as would traffic, but I quickly realized I was going be a bit late. I thought no problem - I will call them and let them know, if it's that big of an issue, I'll just reschedule. As I drove onward I called, and called, and called, and called again. NO ONE ANSWERED. Not even after, oh the 7th time I tried calling. Why can't a dentist office pick up their phone? Do they have that many people in the waiting room? That many people on hold? If so, then why isn't it going to VM? I was confused and drove on.\n\nAs I arrived I expected to see a waiting room bursting at the seems, but no - only one person sat in the room. I walked in and the receptionist said nothing. I walked up to the desk and she said nothing. I stood there and stared at her and she said nothing. She was filing papers. She continued to file papers. She was a big huge B. And she was also the B who didn't bother to answer the phone the 7 times I called to let them know I was running late. Finally she acknowledged my presence (oh gee thanks!) and then looked haughtily at the clock when I informed her of my appointment time. Then she just said, \"Fill out the form\". I couldn't believe this dental practice would hire on such a loser.\n\nMy rating is dropping from 5 to 2. The doctors here are nice, the hygienist - Lynda is nice and thorough, the assistants are somewhat not professional. I've heard them laughing and joking with inappropriate comments while I've sat in my chair waiting. I've also heard them say things like, \"Spank you\" instead of \"Thank you\" - not okay.\n\nPaired with the nasty girl at the front and the unprofessional behavior of some of the staff it's hard to give a good rating. I feel as though I am going to be taking my dental needs elsewhere."^^ . "9"^^ .
