"Went online to book a room with Expedia. Found the hotel but needed to see if they are pet friendly. I dialed the number for the hotel that is published on Expedia's website. The agent answers and when I ask if they are pet friendly. \nHim: response was what hotel would you like to stay in? \nMe:I let him know name, city and state of the hotel. \nHim: what are your travel dates? \nMe: I gave him the dates then asked are they pet friendly. \nHim: How many rooms would you like to book?\nMe: I am looking to book two, are they pet friendly?\nHim: Let me double check on the pet friendly, how many adults are in your party? \nMe: Three. \nHim: OK, they are not pet friendly but I can find you a pet friendly hotel. Him: Great News, good thing you call at this time. Your price for 2 rooms 3 night would be $167.94\nMe: What would the total be?\nHim: let me double check. \nHim: $167.94 would be your total. \nMe: Is there a pet fee \nHim: Let me double check, Yes there is a $50 pet fee.\nMe: ok so my new total would be $217.94\nHim: Correct \nHim: The pet fee can not be collected today, the hotel will collect it when you arrive.\nMe: is there any other fees.\nHim: Yes $8.55 per night per room\nMe: Thats another $51.30\nMe: the total is $269.24 not $167.94 you quoted.\nHim: Yes, what credit card would you like to use?\nMe: no thank you. When I asked you for the total you should have given me my TOTAL. I do not like how you try to fool the public. I know if I would not have asked you if there are any other fees, you would not have told me about them. Then when I check in, I would be upset and it would be too late to change or cancel. this is a very shady way to do business."^^ . . . "1"^^ . "2015-05-31T00:00:00"^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . .
