I can't hear what they say and they yell at the intercom which makes things worse! Teas are never stirred well so a lump of sugar stuck in the bottom of cup. Sometimes, the crispy chicken sandwiches have no dressings / sauce. They don't ask you if you want spicy or regular chicken and assumed I want spicy.
