"I visited the dealership this evening very near closing time with the intent of doing a comparison so I could finalize my luxury vehicle buying decision on Monday. Upon entering the empty sales floor, I was greeted rather abruptly by Jake C. who basically asked, \"What do you want?\" Once I told him that I wanted information to help me decide between purchasing the Jag F-Pace and a Range Rover, his condescending and rushed tone changed only slightly. I told him that I understood that they were closing soon, so he points out that it was exactly ten minutes. He went and grabbed keys to the Range, but didn't grab any others. He spouted off the engines' particulars at a rapid pace. I shared that I would rather come back when someone cared to sell me a car, so he gives me his card and says to come back next week. Unfortunately, the other dealership down the street will get my business. \nI've ranted to share/teach that the Sales Guides should treat all potential customers the same, no matter the time or the way they look or dress. The product sells itself, but those who are there to guide buyers should always provide good customer service. Period."^^ .
