I called PD made a report and contacted Best Glass. I spoke with Sonia whom seemed like she knew her job and was competent.\nI explained to her my situation and received a quote. I then told Sonia that this lady Linda will be contacting her to give her payment. I explained several times to Sonia \"Do not schedule until this lady pays\". Again competent Sonia im assuming ....calls me to schedule the appt to get window fixed. \nI was busy she stated yes the lady called but gave me no further indication that a payment was not given.\nSo Sonia scheduled the appt and then a few days they came to fix my window. Now again as a customer to Sonia i told her not to schedule appt until it was payed.\nWell tech completes work then asjs for payment. I said excuse me it should have been paid. \nWell it was not! I again spoke with Sonia telling her exactly what i asked her not to do. I then explained to Sonia i cannot pay 200 right now single parent disabled veteran. I asked for a Supervisor she stated they would contact me in a week. They call i tell them i don't have money. I told them i would have to figure it out. I asked Sonia if they could give me a discount. She stated yes we can it will be something like 142.00. I told her again i would call back i gotta figure something out. A few days pass now im getting harassing calls. Then i get a text from these guys telling me they are sending a tech to remove the window. I call them speak to Mary supposedly a Mgr. First off she did not care to hear what was going on, my situation and flat out was extremely rude. She demanded i give payment. I told her again im a single parent disabled veteran and i am not working right now. If they can work with me. Nope, i was told i need to pay. I asked that they email me an invoice and i would pay half Friday and half Monday.\nFriday morning i email them informing them that i was told the rate would be discounted and asked why it was not on invoice. I did not receive a response so i went in physically.\nI told them who i was and Sonia immediately knew. \nI told the 2 Mary and Sonia that i sent an email asking why the discount was not applied.\nShe rudely stated \" Your not getting it now\". I was like excuse me, you tell me i get one and now i don't and why not i asked Sonia? She responded with \" You refused to pay\", i abruptly corrected her and said no i told you what? She replied with well you said you couldnt pay. I replied exactly correct your verbiage. I told you i cannot,i then stated that i cannot believe that they have been in business this long with the lack of customer service and they failed to help a single patent disabled veteran. A Veteran and showed them my military id they immediately as i started to get upset tears were coming out my etc.\nIts quiet disheartening the company's failure to help me."^^ .
