He went out of the way to help me after I explained I lived out of Charlotte and needed my renter to come and pick up the item I would purchase. I would say he went above and beyond to be helpful and courteous.\n\nAfter the transaction was concluded, and I thought set in stone as my credit card payment was properly processed with my bank, the employee called me back and said they couldn't have my renters pick up the item. I had disclosed that at the beginning of our conversation. I live over 4 hours away and it just was not feasible for me to do that nor would I ever think in this world of online purchases it would be necessary.\n\nI understand fraud issues. I'm not dismissing that people make fraudulent purchases.There were many ways to verify that I, in fact, was the owner of the home. I have a lease I could have sent them showing the renter's names. Real Estate ownership is even public record. \n\nI don't understand why buying local seemed so hard for something as simple as buying in microwave.
