The smoke permeated through the pulled pork and the ribs. The sauce was sweet with a kick of heat, not enough to blow your head off just enough to balance the taste. The burnt ends for the appetizers are also good. I also had the bake beans which where really well seasoned. Overall I would give this place 2 raised hands.
