Eric was accomodating and honest about what my HVAC unit needed and he did a minor cleaning of the condenser. Service is good. However, I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 because they are expensive to the point of not worth it. The inspection is $59 and minor cleaning is $160. Most service places will waive the inspection fee if service needs to be done on the unit. I like the service. Unfortunately too expensive and there are other providers who do the same for less."^^ . . . .
