"Tucked in the back corner of the center point on Mill is this gem, the ideas of the fusion of small Parisian corner bistro where the staff know you because you're a local and the contemporary American spin of \"we love it, but what if we could do it for the 21st century\".\n\nI love the inconspicuous vine that D\u00E9lice operates under, I feel as if they know that few know they exist and they like it that way, perhaps even that they're not concerned with negative review because they know their business will come from locals who know better. For instance this restaurant is not afraid to try new things, I feel as if I can order any made up dish I'd like using the ingredients they have and they'll make it. They seem less concerned with producing each dish as it was intended and more concerned with producing whatever makes you happy shame be damned. That is not to say that what's on the menu isn't worthy is its own right, it is.\n\nThey have a few kinks to work out still indeed but I seem them ironing those out and staying in business for a very long time to come. I wish only the best for D\u00E9lice and will be glad to see them come into their own."^^ . "0"^^ . .
