I was craving Chipotle yesterdayand because this location was 5-7 min from my house I decided to go. I can't comment on the food because I did not place an order. The customer service leaves much to be desired. I walk in and before I could stand in the short line good, the young lady says to me, \"we atta cheese.\" No hello, hi, nothing. I asked, did you say you are out of cheese for tacos? Her response, \"yeah\" and she looked at me, like, duh, what did you think I said. Needless to say, I called the university chipotle location to confirm their closing time and asked if they had cheese. I spoke to a very pleasant service Mgr named Ciara. I drove over to the University Chipotle and my food was delicious. I do not plan on going to the Concord location again even though it is very close to me.\n\nMy recommendation and based on the other reviews- this location should regroup, refocus and re-open.
