After looking over the manifold and the water meter, they were convinced that it was my manifold that was causing the leak. They didn't even pull out the washer to check the connections.\n\nThe leak, by then, progressed to the secondary bedroom. \n\nThey pushed for me to buy a new manifold and PRV, of which the latter I purchased and had them install. \n\nAfter a couple days, despite their tightening the connections and no visible leaking, water continued to radiate throughout the laundry area and second bedroom.\n\nI called Yes Plumbing back, and the original lead that came out instructed he couldn't help me, and that I needed to get with their flood restoration company first before they could even come back to look over and reassess the problem. Obviously I was getting the runaround, contacting flood restoration doesn't resolve my original problem.\n\nAfter getting a second opinion, I learned it wasn't my manifold that was leaking, rather a faulty connection to the supply line behind the wall. The second company I contacted had the initiative to cut through the wall and quickly define what the problem was. And, unlike Yes Plumbing, weren't quick to sell me something I didn't need right away.\n\nIn final summation, if you want no definitive answers to what your real problem is, no help in resolving it, and to top it off - an attempt to sell you everything under the sun. Yes Plumbing are the guys to call. \n\nIf you want a plumbing company with initiative and a helpful restoration team that are on your side, go with Precision Plumbing and Quick Response restoration. Good luck!"^^ .
