. "1"^^ . "VALET PATRONS BEWARE!! On Saturday March 16th at 6pm my husband and I went to the Palms for dinner, drinks and gaming. \n\nUpon arriving we checked our car in to valet and walked to the main entrance. We heard a crash and pop behind us and saw a white vehicle wedged between my parked car (now in VALET custody) and an adjacent parked car.\n\nMy husband and I thought she must have hit another car, no one signaled us to come back. We go inside and have dinner, drink and play.\n\nWhen we get back outside valet tells us your car was in an accident of a hit and run. Two female passengers hit your car backing out and refused to provide any information except a name and phone number. \n\nAfter speaking with security we ask to speak with the security manager. The man who comes out explains he does have the assailants information because she has a player's card but can not and will not provide that to us or our insurance. He says we can call the police to file a report or file a claim with our insurance.\n\nHe then goes on to say, \"Valet nor the resort is at fault or liable because our employee was not operating the vehicle. The vehicle was damaged due to a hit and run\".\n\nLol! Wow, of course the resort is liable. However the legalities of this issue is not what this review is about.\n\nThe moral of the story here is:\n1.The Palms lost paying/playing customers. By the looks of their reviews we aren't the only ones.\n2. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHCILE IN VALET CUSTODY. \n3. Based on the other issues listed in everyone else's reviews, don't bother visiting the Palms. They aren't worth the time or money."^^ . "26"^^ . . "2018-03-18T00:00:00"^^ . "1"^^ . "3"^^ . .
