"0"^^ . . . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . "Worst experience at the dentist I have ever experienced. After months of finally getting my cap put on they completely refunded me my money. That's the good part. Don't get me wrong they are very friendly but IMO very over priced. I chose this establishment due to the location. I had about 12 grand worth of dentistry quoted. I'm not even sure where to start. So I'll just bullet point the issues I had. Also want to point out that this was June of 2016. The reason I waited so long to write the review was due to still seeing they are having the same issues. 1 1/2 stars says it all. I would give zero stars if possible. Look elsewhere for dental work. \n- Deep root cleaning, couldn't get me numb so they didn't complete the 4 front teeth. \n- After the deep root cleaning I pre paid for whitening, I was supposed to get laser whitening but all they gave me was trays and gel. They later refunded me that as well. \n- Several appointments scheduled that when I showed they didn't have me scheduled even though I had a card with the date and time. So many re-scheduled appointments left me frustrated. \n- At this point I had a consultation with someone in the back office that pretended to care about my concerns. \nHe assured me everything going forward would be better handled. Lol. It wasn't \n- finally went in to get the work done for my cap. 11 shots later and after a supposed specialist tried to numb me I was numb enough that I could feel my eye, nose and half of my head. They did the work but honestly I felt a lot of it as they will contest. I gripped that damn chair so hard I'm sure I bent it. But I just wanted it done. They put a temp in and I was on my way. \n- Came in for my fitting of the new cap and guess what. It didn't fit. Geeee go figure. So another Appointment was scheduled. \n- I had called them as the appointment again was re-scheduled to address my concerns and met with a very nice lady. She assured me that they had new staff and he issues had been addressed. This is where the refund came in. I rescheduled reluctantly. \n- Came back for the fitting and they could not get my cap off. After many attempts they failed so I eventually reached in and pulled it off, got out of my chair and went to get them to put on the new cap. Now I supposedly had no exposed nerves but it still hurt like hell just putting the crown on. \n- Crown is on and I was told that they would refund the money. Guess what? It never did until I showed up a month later wanting to know what the hold up was. I was about to lose it over this entire situation. I was promised that I'd have it be weeks end and it did show up. \n- In conclusion I simply would not recommend this dental facility."^^ . . "1"^^ . "2017-03-15T00:00:00"^^ .
