It took over a half hour on hold to schedule the appointment initially. When it finally came to my appointment my technician was incredibly off putting and clearly unhappy with her job. Now I am trying to get an itemized receipt for my insurance, which is a common request but evidently incredibly difficult for Simon Med to provide.
