"I purchased an expensive blouse at Nordstrom Rack and after following the washing instructions very carefully, it shrunk to the point where I could not wear it. Being extremely unsatisfied with this purchase, I brought the top back to return it. The manager, Brett O'Connor, not only, did not allow me to return it, he would not give me store credit either.
