"I went into supercuts after 2 years of not cutting my hair because I had a very short pixie cut and the stylist that cut my hair made me go home crying. I don't if she's new, but she asked another stylist Andrea how to cut my bangs (side swept with some pieces falling to the front) and she disregarded what her superior told her and in result left me looking like a porcupine because the bangs were beyond short. When I questioned it, she just used my hair needing to be trained as an excuse. Although that was true, there's no way could train the baby hairs she made. Not only did she totally ignore that I wanted some pieces created in the front but she cut my length twice as short as what I told her to. My hair was below my bottom and now it's barely below my shoulders. She even asked me twice and I had told her multiple times before I actually sat down, so I was confused as to why it was so short. The only other explanation was that she had probably messed up. She left the layers I asked for looking like really badly places extensions and not natural looking at all. I'm going to have to wear my hair up in a pony tail for the rest of the year. After she was done I was hoping someone else would do my waxing, but that wasn't the case. So after not saying anything about the hair because after all it is hair and it grows back, I was completely done when she spilled wax in my eye. She just said, \"oops haha, it just fell right off\" not even getting a real apology. So after being there for almost 2 hours, without the store not being busy, I wasn't impressed. My husband cuts his hair there all the time and they do an awesome job, so for that I won't give them a one star. I guess it's just that one employee, so if you ever get a stylist with pink and blonde hair, glasses, and smells like smoke, be sure to request someone else unless you want bad service or want to end up looking like Edward Scissorhands gave you a haircut."^^ .
