I always walked in, was greeted right away, signed the check in form and was immediately sat down at a booth or chair.\n\nEvery nail place has different techniques because each technician does it differently. The more you go, the more you get someone different here. I don't think they even do appts. Never asked. I had gone here the first 2/3 times for gels and got the same guy who did a really good job and offered me water. He didn't rush, but was focused on doing it right. Little conversation, in English of course and I'm Asian. I got lucky to walk in and he was available and he always offered me water. \n\nThen I came in my 4th time and got one of the nail techs up front. She was friendly, helped me pick-out a good gel color and did a phenomenal job. It was the second time I've been happy with the results from here. \n\nHowever, there's one technician that when I walked in, they sat me down at a booth and she was called up but she was still on her phone or tablet on one of the pedi chairs. The front desk called her again and it sounded like mumbling between the two in their language. She finally gets up and starts looking for the equipment. Then asked what color gel and when I picked it out she said I should go different color it's too dark. I said I like it and then she tried to pick out a different gel and I said I like the one I picked out so she went looking for it. She rushed through the process of removing the gel then kept making a mess and kept trying to clean it up on my hands. I've had better experiences with other techs here. I even went back the next day to do a pedi because I didn't have time the day before. \n\nOh my.......... got her again, she welcomed me back and throughout my pedi she literally cut, scraped, dug harder and pulled a lot. She seemed upset that she had to keep pulling my feet back or telling me to angle it a certain way. It hurt lady that's the only reason I jerked my foot. My feet were sensitive to her foot service. She was rough not only on my hands but on my feet. She was kinda friendly but never offered me water. Also had random conversations with the staff in their language. Again polish all over my skin she had to keep going back with remover and missed a bunch of spots. I hope they don't give me her again. Sloppy work. I may try an eyebrow wax. More to follow later."^^ .
