On one visit, the row behind me was loudly talking throughout the entire movie. When speaking to a manager after the visit, he basically explained that staff are supposed to check each theatre a few times per screening. He couldn't explain why that wasn't done.\n\nLast night, the theatre was absolutely filthy. There was popcorn on seats, on the floor, garbage scattered everywhere, dirty napkins in between seats and more. The theatre was definitely not cleaned between screenings.\n\nTo top it off, as other reviews mentioned, you can't buy your tickets online. Therefore, you need to wait in a long line to buy your tickets upon arrival.\n\nOverall, the other major chain in the Montreal-region is so much better.
