I found Chrissy on Instagram and followed her page for months! I made a appointment btw you have to pay extra for her to do your hair! I thought it would be worth it after I've had so many nightmare experiences with people ruining my hair! When I got there I checked in with them. I sat there and sat there not to realize it was 20 min past my appointment time. I walked up to the front desk and just asked if there was something going on I was still waiting. First I thought it was very disrespectful they knew I was there and it was 20 min past my appointment time and they failed to come and say anything to me. They said she was running behind.. totally fine but I would have appreciated them telling me. I sit there some more to realize it was FOURTY minutes past my appointment time and the girls still haven't acknowledged me. I went up to say something again and finally they get me back there. Chrissy didn't even touch my hair!!!!! I was there 5 hours for a color correction. It turned out to not even be anything what I wanted. It's a shame they are ripping people off by paying $400 + to have Chrissy do your hair when it's just her assistants doing your hair the whole time. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER go here!
