Its always been complicated dealing with them, especially now more than ever. Absolutely every person that I have talked to in the past 2 years seems like they are very unhappy or simply do not care. From the 2 branches in person and the customer service people on the phone, they seem very short and just shy of rude. Even look at the yelp review responses from the company. They say contact us at INFO@thirdfederal.com. It makes me laugh because it sounds like emailing that general email account will really get things done. This bank is extremely outdated and getting responses for anything is painful. From the many aspects of getting a home loan, sales to the service side, I would most definitely go to another bank for a easier life."^^ . . .
