Then a few days later she received a notice stating she did not have the money in the account and they started charging her fees. When someone lives on a fixed income and things like this happened it scared her. It was close to the first of the month so she waited for her check to be put in. then she double checked what was taken out and what she should have. She got the final balance and made out her checks for her bills. No the new month and next thing she knows is she has 3 checks that are NSF checks and the new fees on top of other to follow. She was really upset and scared because it would be 3 weeks before her next check. If things kept going the way they were she may not have any check on the first of the month. So I came up with the money to put in the account to stop any more fees. She has health issues and does not need the stress. This all started because they allowed her to remove the $40.00 when they say she did not have it. The error was theirs not hers but that does not stop them from causing her harm and I don't like it. There was a customer in the bank when I got mad about this. She said were do you bank that this does not happen. I told her a Credit Union one fee is taken no one after another."^^ . "1"^^ .
