"So who gets excited about pasta anymore, right? \n\nLast night I ordered the Mussels Marinara saut\u00E9ed with white wine, butter, garlic, parsley and marinara and then tossed with spaghetti. Yep, spaghetti. And I was served the absolutely perfect spaghetti al dente along with a wonderful marinara sauce. I had a little cheese put on it, and I was in seventh heaven. It is wonderful when something so simple is done so right.\n\nMy wife had the fish, I think it's called basa. She enjoyed it.
