Frankly, as a non-Calgarian, I usually come here when I'm grabbing take-away or BBQ for the road home. It's fairly convenient to 16th and the QE2.\n\nTake-away here is conveniently outside of the main store, and it's counter service like all of their outlets, but you can get your food in the mall and not have to look for or line up at a cashier. At times, lines in the corridor can be long, but mostly it's quick and convenient.\n\nThere is the usual selection of meats: pork, chicken, duck and sausage. It's all done well. Next to that is a hot table with \"entrees\". You can also get combo meals there, but don't miss the noodle bar or the Japanese food section if you're on of those people who can trust take-away sushi. I've had some there, and it's not bad. They also have portions of sashimi grade fish that you can take home and cut for yourself. Interestingly, there are also full Japanese meals that can be taken home and warmed up. I've not tried this, however, as I just can't get my head around warming up an already cooked egg... wouldn't that just bounce of the floor?\n\nAll in all, it's good for a quick fix, and then get out of town."^^ .
