The lady \"Angela\" was so dismissive with me that I think I need to find a new eye doctor that has time to listen to my concern and be able to problem solve with me. \n\nThe reason why my feelings are mixed is last year I came in for my annual exam and got to the final leg where it's time to select new eye where and had to educate the employee helping me that I did not qualify for new glasses as my insurance only approves new frames q2 years. I'm so lucky I went with my gut instincts. I called my insurance company and they informed me that I made the right call being I would have been hit with a pretty hefty bill. \n\nOverall, the office staff has been excellent even though they have a huge turnover. I do feel as though over the phone support and in person can make or break ones experience! \nAngela I would advise if you are having a bad day (we all have them) self check yourself, pull yourself off the floor or from direct contact with customer(if you can) and come back to helping once you are in better space!"^^ .
