"We had a roof leak on January 8,9th. Called and had estimator come in on 12th. Since then they took whole 2 months to finish the job and if I didn't call them to remind them time to time, it would have taken longer than that. \nThe people seemed and sounded nice but couple things I want to point out.\n1) they charged way more than they said they would for just nailing the baseboard and repainting. They said no more than $100 for a room and charged the insurance company over $300. If the estimator was correct, they should have done the whole 3 rooms on second floor for the price not just one room. \n\n2) they came unannounced at 7:30 in the morning TWICE. who would come unannounced at 7:30 in the morning? Who does that?\n\n3) when they installed the door, it was stuck. They took another whole 2 weeks before I called and see when they were coming. The front desk never know what's going on. I didn't get a call back.\n\n4) when they installed the door, they broke our alarm system piece. They didn't pay for it.We had to pay the alarm company to replace it.\n\nThe supervisor was nice though. He gave some advice on our toilet issue when he came for final walk thru.
