"Bob @ Beacon Inspection Svcs recently inspected a condo I wanted to purchase.\n\nSummary.\nI would recommend Bob and his company to my best friends.\n\nCons: None\n\nPros: 1) Responsive communications via tele or email 2) Very reasonable price. I did some shopping/research before contacting the company. 3) The inspection was comprehensive. I was with him the whole time as he explained everything to me in detail. It was like going to a fast paced, all inclusive, home-improvement class. He was very patient with my dumb questions which I appreciated. 4) No problem goes without a solution. Every problem had a recommended course of action to repair/replace. 5) The report format and content was excellent.
