Very inconvenient. \n\n- Called the phone number for the location nearest me just to be told that they will route me to the correct department.\n\n- After being on silent hold (with occasional background noises) for about 10 minutes, i hung up as I felt like it wasn't going anywhere. \n\n- Called the central general question line to ask if they will accept my insurance, only to be transferred over to the specific location close to me (as the answer is location specific).\n\n- Transferred over to the location nearest me only to be transferred back to central scheduling line to make an appointment. \n\n- While waiting for the central scheduling line to come through, the line mysteriously got sent to voicemail.\n\nSeriously... get your sh*t together!
