In the end I will continue to bring my other two vehicles for service as my trust in Mike has been restored. \nI do believe this shop will do everything within their policy to make things right and keep their customers satisfied. \n\n\nBeware!!! I took my vehicle in for an estimate and diagnoses because I felt some hesitation during acceleration. Their mechanic took a test drive and determined that it was transmission and recommended repair at $5200. I quickly declined the repair as I was not sure I would keep the vehicle anyways. \nAs an alternate fix for savings they recommended sealing and fluid replacement. They initially quoted $400 and dropped to $300 if was willing to place deposit but I had to decide quickly because they would need approval. Under pressure I reluctantly agreed assuming if I changed my mind I could cancel and receive my deposit back since there was no mention of non refund policy. \nI ended up selling car to local dealership and tried to cancel my appointment next day. \nI was able to cancel appointment however shop has been dragging feet to refund my deposit. Mike the shop manager seems concerned but won't step up and do the right thing. Pushes the situation off to a district manager whom they can not get ahold of. No ETA basically in limbo for an answer to refund. \nNo Labor, No parts, No service but I'm out $120?? \nTruth is i will escalate this to the highest authority because to me this feels like flat out robbery. \nBeware of this Auto Repair shop!!"^^ .
