Apparently this ridiculous salon didn't remember that part of their Deal Chicken contract.\nI too purchased the Deal Chicken deal only to be unable to book online. Some guy named Lawrence who claimed to be the Les Beaute Salon manager returned my multiple messages with one very cheesy message about how he is so sorry we \"keep missing each other and are playing phone tag, I don't know why, but that seems to be the way it is\". Sidebar- I wish I could post the voicemail here- it is insulting how he makes it sound like they have actually put in an effort to contact me. He said he sees my name on the voucher list and cannot wait to get me scheduled. I call B.S. on that one!!\nI purchased this voucher for my best friends birthday and am disgusted at the way this is being handled (or not handled- whatever). I would rather give myself a mani/pedi with rusted utensils than spend one penny in this bogus salon. \nEven if I could get through now, I wouldn't go because I'd be afraid I'd contract MRSA. If they can't handle the easy tasks such as scheduling, how could I be assured they can handle more complex tasks such as operating an autoclave, washing towels and more distrubing- changing the linens between massages!\nI'll be contacting Deal Chicken for my refund tomorrow thank you very much!!"^^ .
