"1"^^ . "7"^^ . "My experience was much like the others. I received a call stating that I could get up to 125% for my trade in. I scheduled an appointment after I had discussed my trade-in options and intentions and expectations over the phone and email. When I arrived, I was handed off to a different salesman who had no knowledge of my previous conversations. He was surprised with the information I was told and when he checked on that information, he told me the guys I had been talking to had no idea what I was talking about (Although they did not use the term 'liar' thats what seemed to be implied). I was offered less than KBB for my trade in (125% is a scam to get you in the door) and they tried switching numbers around to make it look like more. They showed me the MSRP cost of the car (even though it was listed as less online) which allowed them to try to tell me I as getting more for my car..so they raised the price of the car by $1500 and then told me I was getting an extra $1500 for my car. Um...no. Overall, very disappointed with the experience. After it was all done and we left, I emailed one of the sales managers to express my disappointment and never heard anything back.
