Mostly indifferent staff who don't seem eager to help.  When I asked for a Manager after being treated rudely by an employee, I was \"greeted\" by an even ruder Store Manager!  Guess it's a trickle-down attitude... Lots of choices here, but all meh.  Would rather go to a smaller, family-owned place (Valley Lighting for example...or Hacienda Lighting) where I'll get personal AND pleasant service, not to mention better quality!
