They also have a vegetarian broth Ramen.\n\nToday, I got the chili pepper broth with the original toppings and pork.\nSo the broth is not too oily, it doesn't have the greasy feeling after you drink it. However, the broth wasn't as spicy as I would have liked it. The broth feels like it was one of their other regular broth with some of the green chili pepper minced up for you to mix it in.\n\nThe port was thinly slice had a little bit of fat, but overall was cooked well. However it was lacking flavor. It felt more like it was maybe just sliced in boil without any seasoning. Not like the regular pork bellies at other ramen places.\n\nThe original toppings consisted of spinach, bean sprouts, carrots, and some other misc.\n\nThe ramen noodle was average, not exceptional or anything. But there was a good amount of the ramen in the bowl.\n\nOverall in the entire dish out of a 10 scale rating system is maybe a 6.5.\n\nWould I eat here again? Maybe, but I will try a different type of broth Base.\n\nBut would I come here just to eat this, probably not. \n\nWill continue to search for the best ramen in Phoenix."^^ .
