. "Dr. Fraser is rude & patronizing. I had 2 visits with him; I considered not going back after the first one, but then thought perhaps it was a one-off, so I gave him a second chance. Unfortunately I was wrong, that's apparently just how he treats patients. I'm an RN, so I have a higher baseline level of \"medical literacy\" than many patients, and he still spoke to me like I was a naughty child when I asked questions. This persisted even after I told him I'm an RN in hopes that we could have a respectful discussion. He also had no idea how to treat my condition, but didn't speak to any of the other providers about it- what is the point of having a practice of 17 dermatology physicians (the number on their website) if you're not going to bounce things off your colleagues if you're baffled by a patient's skin? I've been to other dermatologists outside Charlotte who would pull a colleague into the room to ask their opinion on something; I've also seen the physicians that I work with do this frequently. Physicians who aren't interested in being collaborative, or admitting when they don't know everything, should be avoided at all costs- it's dangerous when someone won't ask questions. Stay away."^^ .
