Despite a very full schedule on a Saturday morning, Jim Watts told us he would fit us in and he did.  A mechanic named Gordon worked on our car ( so sorry I didn't get his last name!) and these two guys were helpful, concerned and communicative.  I was pleasantly shocked at how much effort they took to make sure we were OK.  \n\nWe don't live in the area but they were wonderful and I would certainly recommend their service center!
