"UPDATE: Well after almost a month of having a new vehicle and showing my friends, family, most importantly my daughters- Mark Kia contacted me saying there was an error and I would have to return the vehicle immediately. I was assured several times that I was \"good to go\" approved and that I was just awaiting the financiers welcome phone call. I work an average of about 70 hours a week so I take paying for things with my hard earned money seriously. With that being said, had I known that we in fact did not have a confirmed deal I would have never taken the vehicle off of the lot. I will have to use vacation hours to cover this mornings trip to the dealership to discuss their mistake.\nI have not yet completely lost hope as they have maintained their professionalism. If this was solely based on customer service it's an easy 4 stars. So I will update again this afternoon (maybe a few days) as to how they handled this dilemma.
