They make it as difficult as possible to try and decorate a home or add to existing home d\u00E9cor. Isn't that what they are supposed to be doing? I don't get it. Purchased area rug there and was told I had 3 days to return (they are only open Fri-Sun and purchased it on a Sunday) and then told to call an 800 number to get return date extended to following Friday(duhh, how can you return a rug if the store isn't open)--was told by store sales rep that if I returned rug, I could get store credit OR refund less $25 restock fee. When I called 800 number, the \"customer service rep\" (I use the term lightly, said it was a $50 restock fee and I should have read the fine print on the back of the sales receipt (an 8 1/2 x 11\" sales receipt with very fine print---entire page work on the back---yeah, us customers stand there and read the entire back of an impossibly long and difficult back of a document that size when we are buying a rug!).\nAll I did was take the rug to my brand new home (no one is even living there yet), opened and repackaged it right back like it was before, and they now act like they are doing me a favor to pay them a $50 restock fee. I was going to order a custom rug there, but forget that. I will NEVER do business there again and I encourage anyone reading this review to stay far away from this establishment.
