With that said I had traveled from Surprise to Chandler with 6 kids that varied in age from newborn thru six years old (myself in my 2nd trimester). While headed back home our Suburban decided to over heat on the freeway so I exited, panicked and then searched for any place of business (store, gas stations etc) but to my sight \"Chandler Memory Care\" was the only place within reach. I pulled in and immediately got all the kids out and gave the water and ac from the facility, then I jumped on my phone to call to get towed. Unfortunately, lots of tow companies were busy that day so we had to wait two hours for anyone to come. Meanwhile, my kids and I were sitting in the waiting area, reading/looking at magazines, the kids are talking, not yelling. The staff was having a meeting and this lady which seemed to be of high position of staff came to us, said get off the furniture, put the magazines down and said go outside and locked us out. At 6:15 a lady who was visiting her mom had seen the treatment and brought us a case of cold water, apples and chips. She had said my kids were unbelievably well behaved. That was the nicest regard we had at the place of business. All my kids were red, hot and sweaty and nobody from the facility \"helped\". This is an assistant living facility and I would definitely think twice before using their service,"^^ . "1"^^ . "6"^^ . "6"^^ .
