Why I decided to be nice and see what the person wanted to show me, I don't know. Anyway, that was the beginning of my downfall. This item is the same item that Vine Vera and Oro Gold sell--it's just been rebranded as Lionesse. I can only guess that the negative reviews of the other products and sales tactics has led to the rebranding? If you check the ingredients, they are the same. Sadly, because they are the same, the same can be said for this product as of the others--they aren't what they say they are. My sales rep told me it was all natural and organic. It is not. I had a bad reaction to it. I actually started having the reaction in the store and the sales rep told me it was normal. After researching it online, the reaction was normal--many people report a bad reaction to this product. I'm not sure what ingredient is causing the reaction. It has a retinol derivative in it, but it's the least effective retinol derivative and it's near the end of the ingredient list (meaning, there should be less of it in the product). I'm not sure if you should use this product. When I asked for the instructions for the product (which the sales lady had told me she would print out), she told me to just write them on the box, which I thought was odd. If you're reading this, you probably already purchased the product. If you haven't purchased the product, steer clear of it. It is not all natural and organic and if you purchase it at a store, you likely won't be able to return it--exchange only. I feel totally riped off."^^ .
