He tried to make the car/home payments on the same day but I said so I am paying extra days for nothing? he said yeah we can do that and kind of smirked about it. So of course I made it different days money ain't easy and that was very weird. Other than that he also made some similar odd comments that I don't recall since it's been awhile.\n\nAfter year 1 I didn't get the new insurance card in the mail, I actually found out 2,3 months later so I was carrying expired policy. And they didn't mail me the new card for 2,3 months(until I saw my expired card in my wallet). I went online and requested the new card, after 5 business days I still didn't get it and also got a voice mail from a lady asking if I got the card. So I ask for the card again and got it like 7 business days later. 7.\n\nTried to email and ask question on the statefarm site but they didn't' know who I am, I logged on I would think it will have my info when emailing (not secure message) but I guess not and it's the website's crappy design.(but they can look me up using the email) \n\nEmailed Eric James to see how do I cancel the policies, he said just tell him over the email. 5 Days later I still got charged, called and Eric wasn't there, Vanessa answered and said if I want to cancel I HAVE to do it by phone, and they need a date. In the email with Eric I said cancel it until end of this billing cycle since I already paid, just don't renew it he said fine. But on the phone it's a total different story I have to cancel by phone and they need an exact date. You see how much difficulties and headache that I had with them? and I never filed a claim, can't believe how difficult it would be to file a claim so I switched insurance of course.\n\nTried to look up a complaint line on statefarm site but can't find it, did a comment/suggestion thing for all of above. wonder if they even read it anyways if I can rate 0 star I would, definitely won't recommend them.\n\nupdate: Nov 9th I emailed Eric to cancel and not renew my policies and he acknowledged in email. Nov 17th I still got charged for a new month, next day I called Vanessa for a refund and still didn't get it as of today Dec 3rd. Also another policy was charged for a new month on Dec 1st.
