He brought in samples, letting us pick what worked . . . got the room measurements, calculated the pricing . . .$1900. that is not in our budget! We went ahead and bought the carpet, and it BETTER last a very long time. When someone gives you a budget, don't ignore it! Respect that number and work within it.\n\nInstall\nThe carpet installers were very nice and did a good job. However, I am VERY disappointed with the padding. We were told we would have upgraded padding. It feels like you are walking on concrete. I now understand why you do not use commercial grade in a home. Our home originally had standard no frills carpet and that padding was more comfortable than this. I would expect this from a $500 job. Highly disappointed. Ask to walk on the padding before you buy\n\nWe will not use Express Flooring or recommend them to anyone ever again."^^ . "2016-04-17T00:00:00"^^ . "0"^^ . .
