"2017-06-19T00:00:00"^^ . "I love the venue. Nice gift shop, wine-tasting, pavilion, picnic benches, outdoor bar under cover, and bands playing in the summer. That all is excellent!\n\nCan't say I love their wine. Tried 2 -- one was a red blend called Grenato and the bottle was cold. Um, ok. The taste? Reminded me of Sloe Gin Fizz back in college. I might add that was eons ago and the yucky taste reminiscent of cough syrup still persists today and in this particular wine. I also had a glass of Reisling, my fav wine of choice. This one? -- way too sweet. Let's just say my 2nd anything ordered was a diet coke. \n\nI will say in fairness, that we skipped the wine-tasting and just went straight for ordering wine for purchase as we wanted to get outdoors to listen to a band we came to hear -- Millgroves Crossing (good, by the way).\n\nSo, would I come back? Sure. Would I get a glass of wine? Ummm, only after doing a wine-tasting of it.\n\nOh, and one issue I have against them -- they were really trying a bit too hard to push a sale of a bottle of wine vs. just a glass. I realize it was more cost-conducive to buy the bottle but they shouldn't be pushing beyond one suggestion. I ain't an alcoholic and I just wanted one damned glass.\n\nSo 4 stars for venue, 2 stars for wine for an average of 3 stars overall."^^ . . "2"^^ . "2"^^ . . . "3"^^ . "2"^^ .
