"We had all intentions of visiting two other competitors for comparison, but bought on the spot b/c we found exactly what we were looking for and had great customer service. We were searching for a good, all-weather, outdoor furniture set for our patio. Firehouse Casual has tons to choose from at all different price levels. The salesperson we dealt with, Rich, was great. Down to earth, very knowledgeable and didn't try to steer us to a really expensive set or a set that didn't make sense for our space. We ended up choosing the Newport collection from Hanamint. It was delivered today and I couldn't be more pleased. It's perfect and I thought very reasonable for what we got. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely shop here again."^^ . . .
