The employee showed up to open doors at 9:06am, glanced at me then slid in through the barely open door. Because I wasn't welcomed in I thought I still had to wait outside until she set up. That wasn't the case, she was just too busy talking on her hands-free.\n\nThe entire time I was there she was talking on her hands-free and I had to interrupt her conversation to ask her questions. She misunderstood me (because of her previous engagement on the phone) and almost copied more pages for me when all I asked her was how much they would cost.\n\nA rush of people came in and she was trying to multi-task, kept answers super short and didn't allow any more than one question at a time to be answered. I walked out incredibly disappointed.\n\nSpend the extra cash and go to professionals like Fed Ex/Kinko's down the block on Bloor. You won't get the best rates but at least you'll encounter professionalism and reassurance that things are done the right way."^^ .
