I knew that this man cared about his business deeply from the previous conversation I had with him. I feel for this good man and I'm willing to admit when I'm wrong. I didn't see the straws next to the drink machines, as I had previously stated they were next to the bar across the restaurant, I was wrong. I complained about the cooking time, that was due to me engaging Sergio in a conversation which took him away from helping with the cooking and also gave him the impression I had time to talk, I'm sorry. Today My food was prepared quickly and was delicious, just as it was the last time. I complained heavily about items missing from my takeout bags and right when I walked in today the owner exclaimed \"We ran out after you, you didn't get everything!\" Sergio gave me the items I didn't receive the last time and then proceeded to give me my meal for free. Sergio told me \"We want our customers to have a wonderful experience and you didn't, I will make the necessary improvements and appreciate you letting me know where we can improve.\" Sergio went on to tell me that he has always and will always \"Make things right for his customers,\" he went beyond the extra mile today and I was the one that was in the wrong by not understanding what had happened. I didn't receive everything in my to go bags, but I know that will never happen again and this kind owner made good on everything. This is a restaurant with amazing food, amazing customer service and an amazing owner who really cares. I had said that I hoped this place would soon blossom, not realizing, it already had.
