Service at check-in was horrible, even for so called \"Gold' members. They did not have my car ready and seemed very disorganized. \n\nIf you are unfortunate enough to rent a car from Hertz Montreal airport, be sure to watch at check-out that they note you brought the tank back full, otherwise they automatically will charge you $30+ for fuel and make you later prove with a receipt that you purchased gas before drop off.
