. . "I live in the neighborhood so this is my default hardware store. \n\nI won't mince words; it's terrible. The staff is particularly bad. Extremely disinterested in helping out, they actually look put out when you ask for assistance. \n\nWas standing in line this afternoon to return an item, with two other people behind me. We all looked at each other in bewilderment as FOUR employees made us wait while they discussed their work schedule. \n\nThe store is frequently out of stock (how hard is it to order more when you're down to a minimum? If I can do it with my shampoo bottle, surely it must be doable for someone getting paid to do just that!)\n\nWent in for tile grout once, was told by a snarky teen they obviously didn't carry grout because they don't sell tile. Pointed out they sell spacers and spreaders for installing tile/grout. Also added by his logic they shouldn't sell spackle because they don't sell drywall. Maybe they'd have room for grout if they didn't sell cookies and soda.\n\nEmployees are just useless. Constantly sending you to the wrong aisle just to get rid of you.\n\nThis store needs new management and a better attitude re: customer service."^^ . "1"^^ . . "0"^^ . "2"^^ . "2"^^ .
