Not the nicest or most updated Harkins I've been to here in Phoenix, but it will do when I am wanting to see a movie and not go far from my place. \n\nThis location is connected to the Metrocenter mall and is on the side by the Food Court entrance. \n\nThe staff that work in the ticket booth have always been pleasant. They always make sure to ask if I'm a student or rewards member before I pay for my ticket so to charge me the correct amount. The person who takes your ticket and tells you where your theater is located usually smiles and says \"Hello\" as you enter the building. Same with the people that work the concession stand. They quickly take your order and get you your food, snacks, or drink to you in a timely manner. However, if you go to a movie during the weekend or in the afternoons, this place can get pretty busy so the lines for the concession is long and can take some time. \n\nDepending on the theater room you go into, there are some that are really big and some that are really tiny. I've only been privileged to see a movie in the big room when I went to see Guardians of the Galaxy 2. Seats in any of the theatre rooms aren't all that comfortable. They are older, not reclining and the cup holders don't have a bottom in them, so a small water bottle just falls through. \n\nThe rooms are usually swept and cleaned before the next movie but have been here several times where it looks like the people didn't care to sweep under the chairs as there was still popcorn and napkins still under them. Honestly though, people need to be careful when eating and if you make a mess, try and clean it up as much as possible!\n\nOverall my experiences here have been pretty good. Prices for tickets are the same if not more than many of the AMC theatres that I go to."^^ . "21"^^ . . "11"^^ .
