The reason for the low rating is based on my experience after moving out of my apartment.\n\nI needed to break my lease and move out early, back home, for school, work and family reasons. I tried calling the office one day, which went to voicemail, so I left a message for one of the office workers to call me back in regards to the bill I received for my final move out. I left all of my forwarding and personal information for them to reach me (although I had already given it to them prior to moving out). Two weeks later I still had not received a call back and called again. This time, the same office manager I called for the first time answered. At this point and time I just wanted to settle my final bill up, and asked about using a credit card to pay for since I no longer had a checking account. I was told that he would have to check with his boss and that he would let me know. I STILL received no follow-up from him. I cannot express the frustration I've had after moving out.
